The library has stuff like that, huh? I tried to learn about magic through the library once, but it's so huge and there's so much trash to wade through that I basically gave up and started asking people in-person. Guess I'll go back sometime! Did you get anything noteworthy from the journals, though?
The House seems like they can procure just about anything, so I wouldn't count it out. But if you do have to make it yourself, then good luck.
